Motion was set up and is run solely by current airline pilots and trainers.
Eight years ago, we set to work creating a place for pilots to develop, train and expand their skills.
Motion has been built on our founding principles:

We wanted to create a comfortable home for pilots. We don’t have any expensive management or venture capitalist input.
From humble beginnings, Motion has continued to grow to our current operation. We are a group of enthusiastic and passionate aviators that will go as far as it takes to get the job done properly for every pilot that walks through our door.
We believe that what we have created is somewhere that gives pilots exactly what they want and where people are genuinely looked after.
We focus on a small range of training services and do them well. We have teamed up with partner organisations that share our ethos where we can recommend for other training services beyond our scope.
We are meticulous when it comes to selecting instructors and this translates in to what is a consistently positive experience for our customers.
Our head office on Gatwick Road houses our own fixed base 737-800 simulator which is used alongside a fleet of full motion simulators located at our satellite locations just a short walk away.
We have the experience to deliver a quality relevant service. Our primary motivator is helping pilots and we always go the extra mile to deliver this.
